The scopes, projects, judging criteria and score sheets for each contest are created by Qualifying Technical Committees consisting of one representative from each host college and the corresponding OTSC contest Technical Committee Chair. The criteria and standards created by the Qualifying Technical Committees are used at all Qualifying Competition locations to maintain consistency across the province.
