Gold miner supports future engineers at technological competition

A team from Marathon High School was able to compete at the provincial finals of Skills Canada Ontario's cardboard boat race competition through the support of Ontario Mining Association member Hemlo Mines.  Four students - Alannah Dart, Montana Ross, Chris Tomlinson and Jordan Principe - along with their teacher, Shawna Grouette, made the 1,200 kilometre trip from Marathon to Kitchener to join 16 other teams in the finals.  For more on this story please click here.
