Skills Canada – Ontario has recently been advised of a new initiative that would enable you to provide class sets of Woodworking Magazine to your entire class for no charge!

Complimentary sets of the bi-monthly magazine (in bundles of 25) will be available at all Lee Valley store locations for pickup by teachers who have signed up for the service.

The winners of the 2012 Skills Canada - Ontario, Secondary Level, Cardboard Boat Race Video Challenge, People’s Choice prize are....

Grishma and Ashana from Chinguacousy Secondary School, Burlington, ON. 
Their comic book inspired music video received 795 views and 122 likes.  Grishma and Ashana have each won a $150 cash prize for their achievement. 
Congrats to all the aspiring film makers, together the videos received over 2300 views throughout the People’s Choice voting period.
